Pro Ed Academy
One system across three campuses: Nakonde, Chinsali and Lusaka
Nsembe designed and deployed a fully offline-capable school management system for Pro Ed Academy. Because it runs locally at each campus, staff keep working through connectivity and power interruptions, and data syncs when the network returns.
The problem it solved
At the Nakonde campus, the manager once spent four hours searching for a single receipt to settle a dispute with a parent. He asked for a system so it would never happen again. Nsembe SMS now issues receipts automatically and tracks every fee payment.
Hebron Christian Academy, Chipata
Our fourth school went live on 16 September 2026, extending the system beyond Pro Ed to a second institution in a different province.
