Pro Ed Academy: one offline-first system across three campuses
Nsembe designed and deployed an offline-capable school management system at each Pro Ed campus. It runs locally, so fee tracking, receipts, attendance and records continue through connectivity and power interruptions, and sync when the network is available. At the Nakonde campus, the manager once spent four hours hunting for one receipt to settle a parent dispute; automated receipts now put every payment on record.

Hebron Christian Academy: second institution live
Hebron Christian Academy went live on Nsembe SMS on 16 September 2026, extending the system beyond Pro Ed to a second institution in a different province.

Tata Zambia: expected credit loss model
Nsembe built an expected credit loss model for Tata Zambia based on receivables ageing, aligned with IFRS 9. Delivered as a consulting engagement.
